VULCANIZATION
Raw rubber consists of polymer chains with long molecules whose pulp is not connected to each other, and since these chains are independent from each other, their mechanical properties such as tensile, tearing and abrasion are at very low levels. The process applied for bonding these independent polymer chains through cooking, chemicals and heat and gaining strength is called Vulcanization.
Dorukmak carries out the vulcanization stage as a fully controlled process by using technological and high precision compression and injection presses with its experienced staff. Process control operators supervise the process in every shift. Process backtrackability and KPI monitoring is carried out through MES software.
