METAL PRODUCTION
Metal sheet semi-finished products used in Dust Cover product groups are manufactured within Dorukmak. In this context, the metal mold needed is designed in the Dorukmak mechanical workshop based on customer specifications. After the necessary approvals are given, sheet metal semi-finished products are manufactured with the help of eccentric presses. During the process, process controls are carried out and measurement approvals are obtained. KPI and traceability records of the process are tracked through MES software.
