Our formulation, our compound.

We mix our rubber compounds in our own plant, to our own formulations. A part’s service life starts here.

Compound Preparation
FIG. 01 Compound Preparation

How a part stands up to heat, oil and load is decided in the compound.

Formulations are designed in-house to the customer’s specification. Ingredients are weighed by automatic weighing systems and fed to closed mixers by automatic dosing.

Polymer, fillers and cure system are chosen for the environment the part will work in. A tie-rod dust boot is in contact with grease and works between −40 °C and +120 °C, so it is made from CR-based compounds that resist oil and stay flexible in the cold.

Every compound is fully tested and approved in the laboratory before it goes to production. Barcode systems at each station trace every batch, and process indicators are tracked in the MES.
