Where rubber becomes the part.

Heat, pressure and time: fully controlled vulcanisation on compression and injection presses.

Vulcanisation
FIG. 01 Vulcanisation

Vulcanisation links the independent polymer chains of raw rubber, and gives it its tensile, tear and abrasion strength.

Our experienced team runs vulcanisation as a fully controlled process on high-precision compression and injection presses. In rubber-to-metal parts, this is the step where rubber and metal bond.

Process control operators check the process every shift. Traceability and performance indicators are tracked in the MES.
