We cut our own moulds.

We design the moulds for our parts and inserts in our own machine shop and cut them on CNC machines.

Machine Shop
FIG. 01 Machine Shop

A new part is first studied for manufacturability; its mould is designed for surface quality, tolerance, performance and tool life together.

Our experienced technical team designs each mould in CAD and CAM, and cuts it on CNC machining centres and CNC lathes to the tightest tolerance the customer asks for.

Where it helps, we feed back to our customers on part design and development as technical support.
