In mould design we aim to minimise defects and scrap in production and raise efficiency.
We keep developing our mould design and making, and follow the technology closely.
New tooling techniques are researched, designs built on them, and the resulting moulds tried in the processes they serve. Successful designs are rolled out after dimensional and pre-series approval.
On sealing parts the parting line is placed away from every critical sealing surface, so the lip stays clean and whole.
